This bakery has been a cherished family establishment since 1955. The grandfather, who founded the bakery, is still involved in its daily operations, while his son now runs the Neo Klima Bakery, and his grandson continues the tradition.
The bakery takes pride in offering homemade products, including pies, tarts, and bread, all made with high-quality ingredients. The staff always greets customers with a warm smile, ensuring a pleasant experience.
We highly recommend trying the homemade Skopelitan cheese pie and spinach pie. Additionally, the bakery offers freshly baked, traditional Greek treats such as tsoureki, Greek donuts filled with chocolate and jam.
At 5:00 AM, the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread and sweets fills the air. If you're up early, be sure to stop by the bakery's window to purchase your bread and breakfast pies, still warm from the oven.

Out of this world orange cake, I wish we had time to try all their delicious pastries, cakes and cookies. Glossa is one of the most picturesque towns in the world, and this old bakery perfectly fits right in.
